These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PainPanda mobile application (the
"Application" or "Service"), operated by PainPanda ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By
downloading, accessing, or using the Service, You ("You", "User") agree to be bound by these
Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the Service, You represent
and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding
agreement. If You are using the Application on behalf of a minor for whom You are the legal
guardian, You accept these Terms on their behalf and assume full responsibility for their use of the Application.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of these Terms and Our
Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between You and the Company. If You
